Ricky Jordan's Auto Repair

I was referred to this place by precision auto care a little down the way because I called precision auto care to recharge my air condition unit in my car, and they accepted not looking up if they could do the Service after i asked them could they look my car up soley to see if they could. The front desk acted like they looked up the freon and said I was good. I was called and denied service after an hour wait and ubering home because they actually didnt use that freon. So they refer me here because they say this place has the freon for my kia soul. I called Ricky Jordan's place yesterday and asked if they have the freon for my car, and they say yes and quote me a price of 195 to $200. We agree, I set an appointment. They are nice ppl I will mention. I drop my car off today and the lady is saying they gotta check for leaks because its someone else's work and i say if they want to charge me extra for work already done ill take it back to the mechanic who did the AC work. Ricky Jordan is a terrible excuse for "Auto Repair". Save your time and hard earned money and have both better spent elsewhere. I did not take the advise of many other 1 star reviews and thought surely those horror stories couldn't happen to me. I was wrong - I have spent over $2,000 to essentially have my car damaged by coming to this pathetic excuse of an auto-shop. The original issue with my vehicle was never resolved, and an extremely choppy idol paired with a broken A/C were all that resulted from my multiple visits. Don't expect a call back from the owner or management to talk through and resolve any concern you raise with staff. The only remedy offered is to leave your vehicle for further inspection, and as was the case in my experience and the case of many other one star reviewers - this inspection period always returned results of further unrelated issues caused by incompetent mechanics. I was attempting to do a review but didn't finish it! I'm writting this review on behalf of my friend Mrs.Jamison who lives there in the Austell area, since I sought out this shop in advance for her. I called about a week prior to her ordering her clutch for her Nissan Altima. I spoke with Keetah who was very pleasant. I later called back with my friend on a threeway so that she could get a feel for the shop over the phone! My friend also took note on how clean there facility was! They took EXTREMELY good care of my friend, inspite of them needing a couple of addition parts. My friend called me that day with the Tech Chad on the phone just to keep me in the loop! They not only gave her a ride home, but the owner himself picked her up the next day when her car was ready! My friend was thrilled, as I was since she can be a tough cookie!!
