The Garage On Gordon Highway

The Garage on Gordon Highway has always provided good service to our vehicles. They do their best to accommodate you. We've had to pop up numerous times for tire checks, door latches, and some other vehicle issues. It's good that they take walk-ins and you don't have to be there half of the day.

I can honestly say the guys there are very friendly, but they are not good with being honest with their customers. They misdiagnosed my car and changed something that was not wrong. I depended on trusted these guys with my car, and they fixed my car on a assumption. Several calls made to them asking what was wrong with my car and they kept telling me, they did not know. They "THINK" it was the thermostat. They had my car for 12 hours, and its understood that my car was not serviced for the full 12 hours but they gave me my car back without fixing the issue. Within 30 minutes of taking my car off the lot, I had to bring my car back with the issue I dropped it off with. I paid 250 the day of the first drop off and was told my problem was fixed but it was not. The next day I paid 1155.00 and I asked the owner could the 250 I paid prior to be applied to the 1155.00 but he told me no, although they misdiagnosed my car.
