Jin is honest and knowledgeable. He fixed my car in one day at a very fair price. I am somewhat new to the area and I'm glad I found a mechanic that is fair and does high quality work. Jin treats your car like it's his own, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend, Jin.
Mr. Jin is quick with his work without compromising quality, he's honest, and affordable. I've taken my old jeep to other auto repair shops and spent hundreds more than needed. I came to Jin's shop and he figured out what was wrong and fixed my problem for less than $50! I'll definitely be a regular customer.
Called about a price. Took exactly 19 seconds between getting a “Hello” I then had to ask if it was Jin’s Automotive. Asked about a price, Getting a no price over the phone. I said “Ok so” hello? hello? Wow I just got hung up on. Was going to ask “When can I bring it by” but the service I received from that call puts them in the Top 10 of companies I’ll never use.
