Gerber Collision & Glass

Bumper of my vehicle was ripped off in July. Came in and got an estimate on July 13th. That same day, I went ahead and made an appointment and told them it was through insurance. My appointment was set for September 12th. Got everything set up with insurance and rental car. Contacted Gerber two weeks before the appointment to confirm everything was still okay and they said it was. Came in the morning of my appointment and they told me it was cancelled. They said they cancelled my appointment instead of someone else. Took about 15 minutes for them to find my name, my vehicle, and my account in general. Blamed it on two employees that no longer work there. Said that it was also under that I was going to pay full price and not with insurance. Told me that it would be another 2 months till they can fit me in again. Very unorganized. And I will never make an appointment through them again.

I won't ever take another car here again at least not at this location.They painted the lower part of the rear bumper the wrong color. Actually it shouldn't have even been painted. It comes through the factory the color it's supposed to be. The other part of the bumper they painted came out nice. When we picked up the car it had some damage to it while they had it. Even though they took photos of scratches here and there, the damage that was done while they had it there were no photos showing the new damage. They would not cover the new damage.
