D&T Automotive Repair

I had my GMC Canyon transmission rebuilt by D&T, on recommendation from another shop in the area as they do not do trans work and sub it to D$T. The repair was completed as and when stated, and came in just a few dollars above the estimate, due to one additional part that usually is not done during the rebuild. So far the vehicle is preforming flawlessly. Very professional folks, give them a try should you have the need.

D&T is not a place I would recommend taking your car to. My car was there 3 times in 2020 April, June and December for the same problem in fact my car is back there again new may 2021 they told me if I bring my car in on Monday and leave it for a couple days that they would be able to service it and see what the problem with my transmission is . today is Thursday of the following week I have called them 3 times since last Wednesday about my car they are just new telling me its the same problem that they have already fixed . and they don't know what to do to fix it .so my advice time anyone don't take ur car to D&T in Augusta ga.

This is in response to Mr. Washington I believe there was some mis communication with explaining your repair. I can not find your phone number so that i could call and explain what was exactly done to repair your vehicle yes there was a wire/plug left un connected but it was located under your intake so that is where the labor charge came into play please contact us I will be glad to correct this misunderstanding because we do our best to keep our customer satisfied thank you Tabatha Judy
