Classic Collision

First off, I would like to thank Tracy Bryant, the regional manager of Classic Collision, for all the help that he, Crissie and his staff provided at the Washington Road location (Augusta, Ga). Everyone there was very knowledgeable, professional and seem to love their jobs . Was a very pleasant environment to be around while waiting . To top it off, they fixed my car two weeks earlier than projected. I don't wish anyone to have a reason to visit a collision shop, but if you do, this is the only place recommended. It's definitely a five-star ⭐️ establishment!

My car went into Classic COLLISION BODY SHOP to fix my roof and windshield. It’s been in there for 1 1/2 months. I just got it back. They have given it back fixed but they damaged it in other ways. They scuffed up my seats and dash and just all over the inside of my car. They damaged my passenger seat. Stained up the inside with grease spots and black fingerprints. I tried to get them to fix it and they did the bare minimum to clean it and it still looks a mess. I wish I never took it there. I worked with Adam. He told me constantly my car would be ready tomorrow and tomorrow just never came and I had to keep calling because they didn’t have enough respect to keep me up to date until the last 3 days when I complained in a survey. Im disappointed. I’ll add this as well that when I got my car back after 1 1/2 months my rear view and side mirrors were all moved to a different view. Makes me feel uneasy about that. My car was damaged badly in a car wreck and I didn’t know what to do. A friend recommended Classic Collisions on Washington Rd and I couldn’t have been happier about choosing to use them to handle the damages. They took the time to explain everything and offered reasonable prices. The whole process went way smoother than expected and a huge shoutout to Estella for helping me out! She was my first contact at the shop and made me feel welcome and at ease. God forbid I get into another car accident but if I do, I’d go back here to handle the damages.
