My previous automotive shop informed me that they could no longer get parts for my vehicle because it was a 2004 crossover. I had heard many good comments about C & C Automotive, so I scheduled an appointment at the Martinez location. Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous. Best place I've found to get auto service done. My car was done a whole lot sooner than I expected and a huge mention to the team out there. They were quick, professional, and very understanding. Clutch was acting finicky and I suspected it was due to either failing cylinders or the fact that the hydraulic fluid was ancient. I had the folks at C&C replace the clutch master/ slave cylinders and flush the brakes (they share the same reservoir so it made sense to have both jobs done at the same time). Couldn't be happier with the results. No more spongy clutch/ brakes = much smoother shifting and better braking. After driving it around for a week, I feel confident that they treated my vehicle well. Other aspects of the service were great too. Requesting and receiving a quote was painless. They have a little drop box so I was able to drop off my vehicle after hours. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want done. Work was completed the same day that they started.
