My fiance ( Robinson), took my car (Black q50 infinity) here on a Friday to get a diagnosis because it kept cutting off.He called almost everyday the following week for results. Each time they stated that they would call us with status by the end of day. That never happened. They never gave follow up. Finally the next Thursday my fiance called & they stated the diagnosis showed there's nothing wrong. The next day, I headed to an appointment & my car shut of in the middle of traffic for about 30 min. My family came out & they pushed car to safe location My fiance looked under the hood & trunk because we have 2 batteries. The battery in the trunk was disassembled. He hooked it up & so far so good. What professional wouldn't know this? Not only was the car out for a week this company showed no sense of urgency or no communication unless we called them. I would not recommend this company. I own a shop in Eatonton Ga. This customer tows in a truck with a fuel leak. Butler Automotive did repairs charged well for the repairs however short changed the customer on warranty. Butler gives a 12/12 warranty per their invoice. The part that they used provides 36/36 warranty from the manufacture. I did reach out to Butler Automotive as courtesy today from one shop to another but was met with resistance. I'm working with the manufacture of the part to get it warrantied as it should be done. the injection pump was installed 14 months ago with 455 miles put on it. Butler offered nothing outside of our warranty is 12/12. Chose your shops carefully. Customer Service must be provided!

Charged me $179 for a DIAGNOSTIC and tried to tell me that a tail light would cost me almost $100. I went and got it done for $15 somewhere else and received a quote for less than half of what I was told at butler. Ridiculous. Not sure if I was profiled or if this is just standard for them but either way, zero stars.
