Very professional, very courteous staff (Jeff in particular). The lobby/waiting room is spotless and looks like a lobby in a holiday resort villa. They are very knowledgeable and punctual. They are not inexpensive, ...but quality doesn't come cheaply. ⚔️????????????????⚔️

We did business with them for 15 years but can no longer afford them. Called for a dodge radiator ballpark replacement price and was told probably around 500 to 600 range. Dropped off truck knowing radiator was cracked and leaking.Was charged an extra 100+ dollars to be told what was already known. Was charged 3 different labor amounts for what all was part of 1 problem.Insanity!!! Got total sticker shock when they called with a 1000 dollar price. Really had no choice but to get the repair. Problem is not the work or quality. Problem is they have dropped the working class by the wayside and left us behind. They would always work with you in the past and split a repair into a couple of payments if it was a little pricey. We asked before dropping the truck off if we could do that with no problem and was told it might be possible. Upon asking again in the middle of ongoing repair we were informed they wouldn't do payments anymore. Someone up higher who has thousands upon thousands of doll

After reading the reviews I still decided to give this place a chance and I’m glad that I did. I spoke with Jeff, who was courteous and professional. My alternator went out in my car, essentially killing my battery with it. They did a service call.. came to my job, jump started my vehicle and were able to drive it, so I didn’t have a towing fee. They were able to have my car back to me the same day before I got off work. Some might say it was pricey, but I was honestly at the mercy of them.. and honestly EVERYTHING has gone up in price, it just is what it is. I appreciate them being able to fix my car and return it the same day! I’ve used butler twice now, two different locations and neither time have I had a problem.. even called around to see if the price was fair and it was. Thanks!! Service: General repairs & maintenance
