In this day and age customer service is getting more rare. Companies constantly tell you how busy they are and how little you mean to them. It was nice to find a company who cared about their customers were open and honest about their situation in the work they were going to do. Well I know this is a busy time of year for all auto body companies they made me feel valued and they kept me up to date on the repairs on my car. It was a very smooth process and very friendly people to work with and deal with. Prior to this experience I had never used AC Proctors before. However after this service I will recommend them and use them for all my future needs.
