Service King Collision Alpharetta (Now Crash Champions)

I’ve recently had my car fixed from Roswell Service King after my car accident. Throughout the entire process they were informative, and picking up my car they had a detailed report to my repairs. The staff even took their time to thoroughly explain to me regarding my repairs as well as answering all my questions. I am highly satisfied with the job they’ve done on my car! They even cleaned the interior as well. Service King in Roswell will certainly not disappoint you. They have both great service and staff. Highly recommended!

Honestly will never recommend anyone to come here came here because I saw the reviews was told my car would be done in 2-3 weeks once I sign the authorization form so they can start they had my car for over two months and was told they would call me and keep me updated according to someone named mark. Mark didn't call me once to update me everytime I wanted an update I had to call my self.sign the authorization form through email and sent it back to mark and called him two weeks straight to check if he received it never could tell me. Went 2 weeks without a car since my rental ended because they couldn't get my vehicle done in a timely manner. No reason they should have had my car for over 2 months I'm very disappointed please be cautious if you do decide to use this folk as they are in no rush whatsoever.

Service King kept me up to date on my repair. I was very impressed with their communication, and timely completion. Great work. I hate it that the other guy ran the light, but I was back in my car quicker than anticipated. If I’m unfortunate enough to have another accident, I’d use them in a heartbeat. I wasn’t aware of their other services, but will definitely keep them in mind Services: Painting, Body & Trim
