America's Service Station Alpharetta

Really had a hard time getting an engine light to turn off. We went back to this service center numerous times and spent thousands of dollars on one problem. We would take the car in, turn the light off for a few hours and the problem would return. The last time I brought the car back in for the same problem just after a service I got charged $700 to work on the car _again_. Also, I had to take back another car for a simple brake pad replacement that was squealing as soon as I got it home. This place used to be awesome, but something has changed and we can not trust the back of the house to fix anything properly. Two stars is for the front of the house which is golden. The only place our family will go . Steve saved us a engine . Ford Duluth service told us we needed a new engine ! They were wrong . Thst dealership messed up so badly they couldn’t even put a starter in . Envelope though it took time Americas service station fixed the problem thst was messed up by ford . Steve again Thankyou for everything! You saved us a engine . It’s a shame these dealerships including the ford motor company will not help the hard working people . They are always wonderful. Very helpful, very nice and extremely professional. They are usually booked but Steve calls back to update on where they are and when they can get working on the car. Usually a day or two. They keep me updated on the status of the car what services to be done. They seem to know what they are talking and are even pretty good at it explaining it to you. Highly recommend them if you ever have car trouble. Service: General repairs & maintenance
