Tire Kingdom

I showed up needing a tire plugged, I didn't have an appointment and the guys fit me in. When I showed up to pick up the car, the guys said it'd be at no charge. Great people, and even better service!

Used to love this place but last visit I took my truck down to get a alignment I had the 5 year warranty and I want a oil change witch was $69 dollars they said. They called and said it’s done so I sent my wife to go pick it up when she paid with my credit card my bank sent me a for a $311 dollar charge turns out they charged me for everything again then I sent my wife back in and they refunded me like $100 something dollars but that’s still not right so I left work and went up myself and they said they looked into it and they over charged me another $60 dollars but they wouldn’t refund me the manager said if I ever needed work he will take it off like I’m a get any more work done there after this I just want my $60 dollars back I wish someone would see this and make it right because I honestly like coming here

I had ordered my cabin air filter on Amazon then tried to use YouTubr...trying to install it and got stuck!!! I couldn't go any further. So I called Tire Kingdom and the guy said ,"Come on over.... we'll be glad to help you.," I arrived and the wait was only two minutes and they took my car in the back and installed the cabin filter. I forgot to tell them that my little dog was in the car and he sat with the installer and gave him kisses as he removed the old dirty filter and put in the brand new one. I am so happy this is a family friendly establishment. I am grateful to have them in our community... Thank you for helping me.
