Absolutely the worst customer service ever. 4 days with my vehicle and cannot diagnose the problem. They said they didn’t want to throw parts at it but then want to replace the fuel pump. Asked them how long that would take and was told that they were working on 52 other vehicles! Which my response was that I will go and pick up my vehicle and then got hung up on. Never in my life have I had an experience that it would be 4 days and still no diagnosis on a vehicle and even more so me having to chase down a mechanic to let me know what the problem is. Mind you I called them before I brought my vehicle to make sure they had the availability to look at it. Poor Business is an understatement of what I think of this place. If you want prompt service then this is the place to stay far, far away from. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
