My vehicle is still not right. I keep caltto have it fixed and there is one excuse after another! Beware

Worst company. They had my car 42 days and I get it back and the alignment is still off and the steering locks up. I literally have to turn steering wheel several times before I can drive it but I'm told it's fine there's noting wrong with the alignment ir steering. Then was told they would tow it to tire kingdom to have the alignment and steering looked at and get told the manager drove it and it's fine. Not very happy. I knew I should have never trusted them and should have taken it to the Toyota dealership in the first place at least it would gave been fixed right the first time. I even gad several friends tell me after I dropped my car off at buddy foster that they were the worst but u live and u learn. Bet I won't trust them again. The only way they will touch my car again us if the paint needs fixing since its under warranty. Service: Body & Trim

The place is not a bad company at all customer service needs improvement the building is very clean they even have three plaques on the wall for A1 service for the years of 2010 and 2011. I'm almost willing to bet that that plaque from both years was well deserved. However I think sometimes we get complacent with our everyday job that we forget that customer service is the most important part of a job you can have one good experience and tell one person that person will tell 25 people you have a bad experience you tell one person that person will tell 125 people. Will I take my car there again... I don't know and that is the thing that they need to change making customers want to come back.
