I had a dead battery and went to AutoZone to have it replaced. Darryl helped me choose one and installed it for me. He did an amazing job, he was very courteous and professional.

Walked into the store at 8am. Just needing to purchase a car battery. It’s 8:06a. Stood at that counter waiting patiently. 2 people walked past me multiple times. One guy was filling an order for a customer but he didn’t even acknowledge me. He made eye contact multiple times with me though. The manager was literally ON A PHONE CALL on speaker phone with what sounded like the district manager talking about customer service and incentives they will have for the week and gift baskets they can win. Meanwhile, I finally asked if they were open, thinking I had accidentally walked in early, because everyone FLAT OUT IGNORED ME. When I asked if anyone could help me the guy filling the order was so rude he says “We are open. I’m helping a customer right now.” I get it. I work in sales/customer service as well but a simple hi we will be right with you would have made me wait 30mins if I had to. I will make sure NOT to recommend this store to anyone I know based off of the pure fact that they a
