No appointments ever. Drop your vehicle off and pick it up later. Or wait for it but there is always a line at 8 am so you'd better off if you were going to wait for the repair to go at 10 or later. Many mechanics on duty so wait time is minimized. From simple flat tire repair to larger mechanical issues they handle it all. They'll give you an estimate and is usually right on. The most important fact about them is they are not there to rip you off. They only fix what needs to be done and will give you their opinion on if the vehicle is worth the fix or not. Went to get a tire flat fixed and wanted the exact replacement tire because do the tread design. They suggested a less expensive tire but the tread was different. They stated you will not notice the difference and they were correct.

I chose Wildwood Tire due to the majority of great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn't turn out that way. I had to have a cv axle replaced along with new front brake rotors. Five days later my car broke down at 10pm at night. It would rev but would not go forward, reverse. Had to have it pushed to the side of the road as it was in an 4 way stop intersection. Then towed home. Next day I had it towed back to Wildwood Tire at a cost of $150. They stated that they had put the original clip back on the new axle & it must have come off. Not sure why they didn't install the new clip that comes with assembly. They installed new clip & I picked up my car. Two months later I take my car to a closer established repair shop recommended by the tow driver for wheel alignment & 12 point inspection, which also takes my synchrony car credit card (Wildwood Tire does not). I'm told there is a small tear in the new cv axle boot and small leakage. Was told to take back to Wildwood Tire as it shoul

I was traveling in my new RV towing my Jeep. And there was an error from the RV manufacturer where the system mistakenly told the Jeep to apply the brakes constantly. So the brakes were applied on the Jeep while the RV pulled it up I-75. I called and got right in, after recommendations from the RV park we stopped at. They quickly assessed the damage on my Jeep and quoted me around $500 and change. I told them it was fine and I was in a hurry. When I returned later that afternoon the bill was $785. The handwritten bill had prices changed where you could see they wrote new prices over old ones. Since this was an issue we planned to take to the RV manufacturer we’d asked to have the melted parts back. They put them in the boxes the new ones came in. I expect a shop to add extra to the cost of the parts. But they doubled the price of the pads and more than double for the rotors. The other issue was I asked for upgrades parts of possible since my Jeep was lifted with oversized wheels
