After recieved below par service from another nearby establishment, the staff escpecially Scott was extrememly welcoming and kind in the bad situation. I am beyond happy with my service I recieved and highly reccomend Gator Action Tire.
This past weekend I had a flat tire, I took the tire to Action Gator and was greeted by Allen. He displayed amazing customer service, he had me in and out in no time and even gave me a discount being that I had someone to put the tire on. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Based on very positive reviews I had read over the past several months, I decided to go there to have my tire repaired (it had a nail). The customer service was outstanding. Upon entering the shop I was immediately approached by Allen, the manager, who personally made sure that my tire was immediately worked on. The technician who did the work spent a great deal of time making sure that the repair was done correctly and there were no other issues with the tire. I was on my way in 15 min.
