I gave a 2 star review because the work that was completed to fix my car which was thousands of dollars in damages was done very well. However, they failed to turn off a light at some point during their repair process and my battery died as a result (which had been replaced less than a year prior and was fine going in). Additionally, my insurance company sent me here for the repair & I’ve had similar situations in the past, but have never waited over 2 weeks (at the most) to get my car back. This place gave me an initial estimated time of 2 MONTHS to repair my car and gave me zero updates through out the process as to any progress, delays, etc. I had to call several times to get updates myself and one time when I called about an hour before they closed for the day, I had asked to speak to the mechanic personally responsible for the repairs on my car and the representative told me he was on lunch break and would not be available to talk to me (again this was at 5 pm and they closed at 5

I very much appreciated working with Pasquale as my collision estimator. He was extremely helpful and told me I could bring the car back if I had any problems or additional adjustments. I also noticed several senior citizens waiting to get their cars repaired. Pasquale and the other staff members brought the folks chairs to sit in while they waited and I appreciated how well they treated everyone. Therefore, I would highly recommend Schumacher, in fact I drove an hour to use it, and I hope you find your experience to be as pleasant as mine was. Thanks
