I would definitely recommend Griffin Auto Care! My service advisor (Angelo) was really helpful and knowledgeable in making sure I received the proper services for my car. Pricing is very reasonable compared to dealerships. I no longer need to stress, I found my forever place with Griffin!
The guy Angelo at the front desk is very rude and demeaning especially towards women. The service advisor warren was very friendly but I wouldn’t come back here due to Angelo’s unprofessionalism and rudeness.
Griffin has worked on my Honda I think 3 times now. It's old and needs a lot of love. Really appreciate their attention to detail, great communication, flexibility, fairness, all of the above. Recently had a distributor replaced and they supplied the part. In the past, I've had other parts replaced and they gave me the chance to supply my own part.
