Goodyear Auto Service

Borrowed my MIL's Subaru Outback. Of course I got a flat! I put on the spare and drove to Goodyear WPB (based on reviews I'd read) the next day. Jim looked over the tire and found the offensive nail and some glass. Apparently, the tires that came with the vehicle are expensive "Sport" tires and Subaru would have required replacing all 4 -at $350/tire!- in order to preserve the car's warranty. Well, in less than 24 hours the flat tire was repaired and put back on the car. I recommend Goodyear WPB for its friendly, honest, expedient service. Felt like a family-owned garage that cares about its neighbors. not what you'd expect from a corporate chain.

This is my first time using Goodyear for new tires. Sherri, the service manager, was very friendly, informative and helpful from the beginning. She answered all my questions, helped to apply for a GY card so I could get the full rebate on my tires. She ordered the tires and got them installed in 2 days. I am very happy with the service and plan to return for future services. Sherri is a great asset to this company and I wish other tire places had people like her. Thank you!

This is my go-to place whenever I need tire services. They're great with communication and you won't get ripped off. I always work with Sherry; she is polite, respectful, and genuine. I'm not great with cars, so I asked if my brother could call her to make sure there wasn't any "funny business" going on. She explained the situation to my brother, and my brother told me I can trust them. Very happy and highly recommend!
