The customer service was good up until I kept having to take my car back multiple times for the same issue. Took it in for transmission replacement and was charged a price that even surprised me according to most mechanic I quoted it was low and I should not tust it. Well, turns out cheaper isn’t always better. Now all of the sudden my engine is burning oil and was told to put oil in it every couple weeks, a problem I didn’t have before the transmission work. Darn car doesn’t take gas when I hit the gas sometimes. When It does take it and I’m on the highway doing 50+ miles it suddenly slows down and then jerks forward, it shakes periodically, the RPM runs really high, how is possible that I’m doing 40mph and my RPM is at 4 that wasn’t something I noticed bmefore. When I call frustrated about the continued problem he takes my frustration as attitude and gets an attitude with me (I did not curse, yell or raise my voice). This was my first time going to him and he was able to fix all of my car problems in 3 hours. I needed an oil change, a new fan, my gas nozzle to be fixed, and my back door checked since it was having trouble locking. All the employees are nice and funny and made me feel comfortable while being there. If your in the area you should definitely give it a try.
