I needed work done on my car from a minor accident and from the first time that I went in to the shop at almost closing time for an estimate, till the day the work was completed the service is wonderful! Andy is superb at what he does, excellent customer service and honest. The work they did to my car is spectacular, you'd never know that it had body work to it. Top quality, fine work. I repeatedly stressed that the gutters on my 2006 Ford van must have seam sealer put in them. Andy whole heartedly agreed. When I picked it up it was the first thing I checked. It wasn't done. Andy stood right beside me and said "Yes it was." Clearly it wasn't. PLUS I PAID FOR IT TO BE DONE. An Update: I had a minor issue after having the van back for several months. So I came back to Andy's shop to have it attended to. It was the best experience I've ever had with a business. They patiently looked at the issue with pen and paper in hand to carefully take notes. Then when we went inside they gave me a copy of what was discussed to make sure we were on the same page. When I returned on the day of the appointment to do the work they circled on the van using a marker anything I saw as a concern so it couldn't be missed. Impressive to say the least. Recently got in a fender bender where someone rear ended my vehicle. Andy and his team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Extremely helpful, and the work was amazing / done in a timely manner. I do not have one complaint and if I am ever in need of auto body work again - it will 100% be done at Andy's.
