Mike is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He and his team are efficient with the services they provide: tangible & intangible.
The customer service people were very kind and helpful I was able to make payment arrangements and to get my transmission fixed thank God they were able to help me very good people recommend them highly highly recommend them
The worst. Michael Firillo, customer service rep lies. He's abusive, arrogant and treats customers like dirt. On a 1 (v poor) to 10 (exceptional) scale, he's a -10. His boss, Sam Pirakaran is clueless. The shop is a dreadful mess and there are vehicles parked there that have been there for years. Don't use this business. You'll be ripped off. AVOID this AAMCO dealership like the plague Service: Transmission replacement
