Very unprofessional. Wasted a day with horrible communication skills. I had a 10 am appointment. They never showed up, then declined to do the job at 6pm later that day. Apparently they can only do jobs that are quick and simple. Mechanic just told me lies whenever I asked when he’d be here. He kept telling me 30 min with no intentions on coming at all
