Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel Service

Last time I was there, they tore my tag/plates off (it was on their cameras as well) and didn't say anything about it. I noticed as I was getting in the car. I decided to give them another chance today for a simple oil change and was told by the girl answering the service phone that it I brought my car in for an oil change today, it wouldn't get done until August 8th! Today is July 23rd. I will happily be making the drive to support a small business today instead. Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Went in to get a part for my Escape , while they did not have it in stock the employee did print out the part number and told me where I could get it that day. He was above and beyond with his service . The date of the visit was 2/3/2023 at 8 am .

Nothing we tried to use the service dept scheduled a appointment 3 weeks out went there the day of only to be told we have to leave the car for 3-4 days for them to diagnosis on the radio speaker problem service mgr also confirmed that is the policy.. never heard of making a appointment to be told that ….I think this service dept is the worst in the Tampa Bay Area …also called last week to talk to the gen mgr who was in the Lincoln store in a meeting switchboard operator said she would have him call me that was a week ago mr Ellis never called back
