Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Repairs were made after a shuttle had to go away for parts. I was told to go run the car and it would perform better. I had to take it elsewhere for find out there was a cracked spark plug that they had installed. Will not be going back.

I scheduled a simple oil & filter change along with a tire rotation for this morning. When I dropped off my vehicle, I told the man behind the counter that I'd expected to wait an hour, as promised and that I'd be over at McDonalds. He sternly told me that he'd call me its done. After an hour, I went over to check the progress of my vehicle (seeing that it hadn't moved from its original parking spot), where the gentlemen with the poor attitude asked me if I had received a call from him? I replied that I hadn't but it'd been an hour and noticed that my vehicle hadn't budged. He told me that they were very busy (with an attitude). I replied that he should have told me that when I dropped it off for my scheduled appointment. After seeing no remorse or getting any form of an apology, I voiced my extreme displeasure before getting in my vehicle and leaving. I had been told by a couple of friends that this company had poor customer service but tried them anyway out of convenience. I Won't be

Wife called to ask about 4 new tires for our car. The manager told her yes we have them bring the car in. I arrived at 11am and confirmed the work was told 90 minutes and all would be complete. At 12:30pm I look out and the car is still sitting there with no work started. I asked the manager what was going on he said they should be bringing it back soon. 10 minutes later he comes back and says sorry my fault we don’t have the tires. What a joke of a business.
