Repaired door latch assembly on 2008 Kia Spectra less than two years ago and reported a problem the day after. Was told it was working as designed. Not true, and now it failed completely. The response from the manager was I was not here then. I paid $70 just to be told it was not under warranty. This was yesterday. Now the door is hardly unlocking with the key.

The General Manager and Assistant Manager are 2 of the nicest humans ever. I trust them to take care of my car and my wife's car because i know they will keep oir vehicles safe. They never over charge. They are polite, compassionate and friendly. I'm so grateful ???? for them and their staff also! I highly recommend the Mulberry St Pepboys in The Villages.

Mechanics and all people there were fine no issues with the service. Where I have a problem is, I go to check out what’s wrong with my ac and they take the initiative to just go fix the problem with about consulting me how much it is going to be and also changing my cabin filter which I could’ve done myself for a better price. So in the end, after they do everything they give us the total and thankfully we have the money but the point is if I didn’t what are they gonna do then? They already did the work. Did not like that. I feel they shouldn’t just assume and do the repair work until communicated with the customer how much it will be to fix.
