Amazing experience!! I had a nail in my tire and they took care of me in 10-15 minutes, free of charge. Jay and his team do amazing work, are super friendly and efficient! Highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much for getting my day back on track!!!!
I usually go to another Tuffy, but this place had better reviews. I can see why! The guy got me checked in fast and was super professional. It took them less than 20 minutes to give my car a look over and let me know what I needed to get done to be road trip ready. He made sure to take the time to call me throughout the day and keep me updated on the progress of my car, and it was completed within a few hours. Thanks Q and crew!
In the past week I have been to Tuffy’s twice with two different vehicles. On each occasion, Jay and his team assessed the situation and provided their recommendations free of charge. Fortunately, neither car needed immediate repair. It’s nice to know their repair places not looking to take advantage of people. I will definitely be back.
