I had the pleasure of interacting with Fredo at Tuffy Auto recently, and I felt compelled to share my experience through this Google review. Two years ago, Fredo had worked on a truck that I had recently discovered through a Carfax report. I reached out to Tuffy Auto to learn more about the truck's history, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and willingness Fredo displayed throughout the entire process. From the moment I first called Tuffy Auto, Fredo's dedication to his job was evident. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns about the truck. His willingness to speak with me and provide detailed information was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated!!!!! It was clear that Fredo genuinely cared about helping me make an informed decision. Moreover, Fredo's professionalism was top-notch. He was courteous, patient, and went the extra mile to ensure I had all the information I needed. His friendly demeanor made it easy to communicate with him

I was traveling through and my tire sensor went on. I stopped in hopes someone could take a look and advise, and within 15 minutes all four tires were checked and issue resolved. Amazing customer service, and so thankful they were willing to take the time to quickly check and assess the issue for me.

I was a walk in on a friday afternoon, needed 3 tires,got me in right away. Professional staff, and they did a great job! Another Satisfied customer.
