Always a pleasure !!! Got my oil changed and had a awesome wait. Had fresh coffee and saw a lot of happy customers waiting on their vehicles. I also had a nail in my tire, they took care of me and I am so happy I have them to go to!!! I am glad I got a Toyota !!!

Today, October 7, 2023, I had my first Toyota Care Complimentary service on my new 2023 Highlander and I could see that nothing has changed at this Toyota of Tampa Bay Service Department, the excellence in ToyotaCare service and customer support remains impeccable. On this occasion I was assisted in the express team by the service advisor Mr. JC Collins whose ease of communication allowed me to understand the entire process of carrying out vehicle maintenance as well as the execution of the multipoint inspection (MPI). The service was performed in less than an hour including a complete courtesy car wash. For all of the above, once again, I had the satisfaction of having a pleasant experience. I recommend this place to anyone who likes to be well treated and receive outstanding service.
