Tim did a fantastic job on my car. Going home and looking up the costs of everything, I do honestly think he made it as affordable as possible to get everything fixed. Explained everything to me and made sure to outline what I should be doing next in terms of maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised that I got the car back same-day. Will be going back. Tim is amazing! Best mechanic around! Prior to being a loyal Tampa Bay Auto Care customer, I had used another local shop for all of my auto repairs, for nearly 14 years. About 4 years ago, the other mechanic I had used for so long gave up on my car! They said "Your car's running terrible, we haven't figured out why, but aren't spending any more time on it. Come get it." I took it to Tampa Bay Auto Care on the recommendation of a friend, and Tim was able to determine the problem and fixed it! I've used Tampa Bay Auto Care dozens of times since then, for all sorts of repairs on my older vehicles, and they've always been amazing. Tim is great at explaining what's going on with my cars, advising me of my options, and making recommendations. Tim is the absolute best mechanic I’ve ever had! I’m sure he’s the best in Tampa! As a woman, and a single woman when I moved to Tampa, I was nervous about a mechanic trying to take advantage of me being a woman and charging me high and unfair prices. I did not have to worry about that with Tim. He looked out for my best interest and was very honest. He was very professional, informative and fair. I would recommend anyone to go to him.
