Quality Value Automotive Repair

The shop fixed my husband's car with a rig job. When approached respectfully, Tim started yelling and cursing. I don't know if he didn't like being corrected by a woman or defensive regarding the work. I would stay away from this place, not accountable and rude. I fixed it. This a a $4 piece vs the correct dependable piece is $70. Tim I said I would have paid, I just want good work. No reason to curse. Service: Auto maintenance

HERES YOUR SIGN!!!!! I took my car to this location for repairs... my car was left outside with the windows down during the rain, my hood was damaged AND I have parts along with screws loose in my car! I attempted to speak to the manager and was treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about. They took it upon themselves to take apart the bottom of the dash to check the AC blower... then never put the cover back on... THEY WERE NEVER ASKED NOR DID THEY ASK TO CHECK THAT! I reached out to the owner via text as well as left messages for a return call. WITH NO RESPONSE. After seeing other reviews I definitely should have read them before going. I spent $930 between 2 visits AND I STILL HAVE TO GET SOMEONE TO PUT THE PIECES THEY LEFT ON MY SEAT BACK IN!

I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews, but I’m taking my time to talk about how I DO NOT recommend this place for the lack of professionalism and honesty. I left my car at the shop on Tuesday for them to inspect ot, they promised me to call me at the same day with updates, didn’t get a call tuesday, didn’t get a call wednesday, so I decided to call them on Thursday, I was told they were waiting on a piece they didn’t have so it was ordered, and the I was promised a call on Friday for updates at the latest on monday, NO CALLS at all, I called today just out of curiosity and my car was ready, I went to pick it up, the service was done but the car has parts on the floor I don’t even know where it goes, there’s oil stains all over my doors and myon the leather seat as well and I was doing some research as well with other shops and they were al cheaper than this shop, anyways the service was done but I’m not bringing my car back to this shop, I rather drive a little bit further and ge
