RUN, RUN, RUN! They are CRIMINALS! Bought 4 new Michelin tires. Came later than told. They installed them and next day I traveled to Orlando with my family. The car started shaking really bad over 60mph. Took it back. They fix it. Loss bolt? Six month later I got a flat tire. Took it to another tire store. The guy asked me, did you know your tires where installed the opposite way? See rotation arrows in pics pointing backwards. On a rainy day the tracking wouldn't be safe at all.
Professional, and personable check in, easy to work with, and did everything I asked or needed to have done, without trying to run up the tab.
I enjoyed my experience with Pep Boys. Car repairs are never fun, however, they did make it painless and very, VERY fast. Because of all the things my truck needed, I was sure it would take a few days. They were done in HOURS & she runs great. I didn't miss one day of work! I'll definitely be using them in the future for my repair needs.
