Fix To Go Auto Care Center

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,RUDE MANAGER ,SLOPPY WORK . First off I would like to say as a woman that was calling around to different tire shops I felt this one was close to me and was told they had time to do the job at the time. Upon arrival Service man stated the two options for what I was looking to have done a tire plug or a patch. Well the service man states he just patched the tire without letting me know what options I had. I then stated that I didn't want the patch to the guy that appeared to be the desk clerk , he went and told the guy who was assigned to do the job then seem to have a rude attitude with me. Once the job was done I went to check it out and stated to the desk clerk that it was a very sloppy job and I wanted to check the tire pressure since he just went to the tire ,turned the wheel and plugged it. For some reason he seem to have gotten offend then stated that he should have not taken my job because of "people like me", I'm a young African American female and I found

St. Pete Tesla Service Center quoted me $2,300 to change rear rotors, pads and calipers which is obviously a scam. I came this location to have a second opinion, both manager on duty and technician told me my rotors are in good shape, no groves and no sign of overheat, pads have 6mm, no need to replace any of them. I spend $150 for break lubrication and happy not be scammed by Tesla St. Pete.

I made an appointment and was greeted and treated very courteously. The work was done quickly and I was on my way. All done just as I wanted. I’ll recommend you to everyone who need in auto repair service.
