MR. BRAKES HONEST AUTO REPAIRS INC

I had new brakes and rotors installed, plus an oil change, on my IS250. I didn't get the name of the guy doing the work, but he showed me the pads he removed and gave me a couple of options. I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell me and my car was done in an hour. The waiting area is a good size and clean. The price I paid was much less than the dealership would've charged and I saved a few hours. I definitely recommend Mr. Brakes!! Services: Brakes, Oil change

Great service and great prices! I came in for an oil change while on vacation and the owner took the time to show me additional things that were wrong, including the date of the battery and how long I can expect it to last. He didn’t pressure me to get any work done at all while in town. He just wanted me to be aware of upcoming issues that will arise and how much I can expect it to cost when I do go to my local shop so I don’t get taken advantage of. I can honestly say I’ve never had such great customer service in my life!
