Don & Buck, My family cannot thank you enough!!! Your kindness will never be forgotten! My son's car broke down on the way home to Indiana from our Florida Vacation. We had it towed to the closest dealership in Tallahassee. It's sat on the lot for 24 days without being looked at. Don helped me make arrangements to get it towed to tuffy's and called me back within hours letting me know that the engine was locked up. He also gave me the recall information for the manufacturer so I knew exactly what the problem would be. Because of the recall, the dealership will not allow you to have your car repaired by anyone else so I'm having the car towed all the way to Indiana for the engine replacement. Don and Buck did not charge me a penny and they held my son's car on their lot for a few days so it could be picked up. Such compassion during this crisis! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

You have a white man working at Tuff's he is a crook I took my car to tuff's because it was running hot I have the write up sheet he gave me charging me for a ratoator and other things I don't need he told me water was pouring out of my ratoator and that's why my car was running hot and told me it would cost me $856.00 dollars he's a lier I went to another repair shop and all I needed was a fan is this the way y'all operate I'm putting this on on

My daughter is in college at FSU up there in Tallahassee. We are four hours away. She called my husband to tell him she was having car trouble. The smart girl she is was already sitting in their parking lot. She sent her dad a picture of under her car where she heard the noise. My husband knew right away what it was and called the shop. He spoke with Luck/Lucky (not sure). They had her car on the lift in 10 minutes and fixed within 25 minutes. They fixed the piece that was dragging and didn’t charge her. Class acts these guys. This will be where she will be going anytime she has an issue. My daughter only had a $20 on her so she gave that as a tip. We wish she had more cash. You can’t find such a great place of business anymore. Kuddos to these guys. And thank you for taking care of our daughter as if she was your own. May God bless you each in abundance!
