Delighted to see the lobby redirected for multiple lines instead of standing in one. The new sales staff are very professional and eager to help with best options for quality products and took the time to explain what is needed for safety and long-term benefits for each selection.

I went in with a tire leak and left with a fixed tire for free! These guys are amazing. The customer service was excellent and very helpful in helping me understand what was going on with the tire. I’m not from Tallahassee and only staying for the summer, but this would be my go-to spot for sure if I ever had to bring my car somewhere!

Said they would not be honoring my online appointment, or any appointments. Then why allow people to make an appointment online? Went in for a brakes inspection, couldn’t wait for my car because they were doing drop offs only, and didn’t get any printed/written report at the end. Attendant couldn’t even remember me even though I was just there like an hour before.
