I brought my car here a few months ago for some wheel bearings work, and thought it’d be covered under warranty. Well, thank goodness for Larry because he discovered that my warranty had been switched up which led me to work with my dealership to investigate what could’ve happened (an ongoing saga). Meanwhile, Larry diagnosed the issues and communicated with me often about the car, due to various circumstances, I wasn’t able to bring it in for the work until mid December, and it was such a doozy of a problem that it took longer than expected to fix. However, Larry was communicative and kind every step of the way, and when I was able to pick the car up yesterday, it sounded brand new - so quite I didn’t believe it was my car!! Thank you to Larry & the team, I know this was a pain in the butt assignment and I’m so grateful for your patience, professionalism, and great work done.

I will continue to come back to Tallahassee Car Care for all maintenance on my car. They are very hospitable, they know what they're doing and can explain everything in detail to you about your car's needs. In my opinion, they're affordable as well and they work effectively and quickly for the amount of people they have there. An overall awesome experience and great place for car service. Big shout out to Tallahassee Car Care on W. Tharpe St. in Tallahassee. They did a great job fixing Jake’s truck. Not to mention they are showing a surcharge on their invoices for the minimum wage increase! Small businesses cannot absorb these costs like big businesses. We all said that “we the people” would absorb the increase. So proud to support a company that puts it out there honestly and not try to hide it in their prices!! Great job!!!!
