Between 2012 and 2021 I called upon R & S to maintain my Z4. Fixing and maintaining a BMW isn’t cheap so it’s important to get mechanics who know their business. I sold my Z 4 in 2021 but recently bought another and I will definitely return to R & S Art L

My wife was driving through Tallahassee enroute to Atlanta when her 2012 BMW X5 starting loosing power and the check engine light came on. I calles R&S after reading other reviews I called this shop and left a message. Russ called after he received the detailed messaged and offered to heip and he suggested my wife drive over to his shop and he would check for faults. Within 15 minutes he identified the problem, explained the issue very well to my wife and had her back on the road within an hour. Yes I'm well aware that problems with BMW's are often not easily resolved but Russ had a very positive attitude, was willing to help on short notice, and had the experience to identify and resolve the problem. So if you own a BMW in the Tallahassee area and need service or repair check out R&S. Russ is genuine, has the right attitude and the experience. You won't be disapponted.
