Preferred Paint & Body Shop

I was in a car accident and was expecting repairs to take a while (the other places I called in Tallahassee were going to take a couple months), and they were done in about three weeks. I had to have the muffler replaced, the bumper replaced, and some spots painted. They were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Where do I begin? Well, after being struck by a reckless driver after work on a Monday in my 4 DAY OLD CAR ('19 Honda Civic Sport) ,I was super torn up! My car suffered extensive damage and the driver airbag deployed, so I figured it would be totaled. After having a previous Honda repaired by Preferred, there was no doubt about bringing my car to Preferred. Carl (owner) took one look at the accident photos and he stated "we can repair that." I didn't believe it at first, but they're the experts so why not? My car was towed to Preferred and it was a BIG job for them all! Preferred began working on my car quickly. It took a little more than a month for the repairs to be completed.... which is less time than I expected. I've taken my car to them 3 times now and each time they have provided excellent quality work and friendly service. They have also gone above and beyond each time doing things like painting an area on the underside of the car while doing an unrelated repair or helping with some work that was screwed by the previous owner's shop. This most recent trip was a simple one to paint a spoiler cover, but once again I was greeted warmly and the work was done quickly and turned out perfectly. They even helped me with the tricky installation. I have been to many shops in many cities over the years, but I can say without hesitation that they are the best!
