We were traveling and got a flat due to a screw in a tire. The guys were so friendly on the phone and in person. They quickly got our tire changed and got us back on the road. Exceptional customer service from the guys in the shop.

Andre the staff at this Pep Boys location are always courteous and informative on diagnostics. It doesn't feel like a business, it's reminds me more of going to a family members garage to get my vehicle serviced. What i mean by that statement is I feel like the concerns about my vehicle is more about the well-being and performance instead of them making a sale. I recommend this location to anyone. They really care.
