Pep Boys

Sorry but I gotta do it...Made an appointment online. Had to leave work early to make it on time. Unpaid. Had the tires in the truck ready to go...Guy at the desk tells me it's too late in the day and they won't do it. Place looked pretty ratty anyway so I decided I don't want these folks touching my vintage truck. but damn. Really bad overall experience and some poor attitudes. I'm a mechanic myself and would beat myself senseless with a breaker bar if I ever did this to a customer...just my opinion..

Mr. Jabari shows excellent customer service and gives customers full attention on receiving the best service. I will be getting everything that needs to be done on my car there at Pep Boys on Tennessee street for now on. Thanks for making me feel welcome ????

I went to get a tire patched and they said it wasn’t patchable, and tried to get me to buy a new tire. I took my car to Kia and they patched it with no issues. Underhanded sales tactics to make more money. Be cautious and get another opinion if you are unsure. I can respect the technicians decision to not want to patch it I suppose but Kia was able to patch it. So I think he was just looking for an upsale.
