Today, I had the best experience at Mavis Tire and Brakes. With it being a Sunday, I didn’t have many options on getting my tire fixed. Austin was awesome in helping me get my tire plugged while I was on my lunch break and Austin gave me the best customer service experience ever!!! Mavis got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, especially being a woman and dealing with vehicles! Goooo Mavis!!!
My other half took her car here to simply check the breaks. No issues were found so they did not charge a penny. This act prompted me to bring in my 05 Impala. Turns out I needed a few things done (which I had ignored but.... ) They provided several options in both repairs and pricing after discussing my intention for this old beast. Will definitely be returning for future issues.
