Joe Hudson's Collision Center

This place has the worst service. They never called me once during the full two months my car was in the shop to let me know what was being done. I had to call them and ask them what they were doing. My car entered the shop early October for a steering issue and body repair and was supposed to be ready the week of thanksgiving. However, that was not done and the next week, they kept stalling and telling me end of day for three days straight. The people who answered the phone (phone line was not always answered) were nice enough, but the time it took for mechanics to work and whoever to order parts was insane. I’m still unsure of what they did to my car. Never using this service again. Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I went for an estimate in June and was told the parts was ordered. A repair appointment was scheduled for August. August came and no call from Joe Hudson to confirm the appointment and that the parts were in. I then called and was told that the parts would not be available until September and another appointment was scheduled for September. September came and no call to confirm that the parts were in or to confirm the appointment. I then called and spoke to the same adviser that handled my claim throughout this process. When I spoke to him I was told that he no longer works at the location and I would need to call the manager. I asked him why he had been the one giving me updates on my vehicle if he wasn't going to be the one to fix it or coordinate it to be fixed. He replied by saying, ill check on it for you but you'll need to call the manager at the other location. When I called the manager he stated he had no idea about the repair, however he sees that it was keyed into the system

I've been meaning to write my review for this place. I was very happy that Joe Hudson's collision was able to take care of my car in the respectful manner. I really appreciate the service and the feedback from the mechanics that work there. Will definitely be going back!
