I took my car here while I was in the process of getting estimates from three different places. This is a small family owned business. I did not get a recording when I called asking me to press a number, I was not told I had to have an appointment to come get an estimate or that I needed to pay a deposit, and I was treated kindly. The price was lower than one of the other local places I called, so I decided to bring my car here. I paid for the parts in advance upon their suggestion for a faster repair, but it was not required. It did cut down on the waiting period. After providing an estimate on the repair, Jeff noticed a piece of plastic loose on the front bumper. He didn't know if I would be returning to get the repair or not, but he secured it temporarily for me without me asking. When I dropped it off for the repair, it was finished in less than a day. Jeff was great! He and his staff worked with me and some issues I had with insurance and was very understanding. He did a great job repairing my car and I will go back to him if I need to!
