Import Authority

I was referred by a friend to Import Authority after I needed a part replaced and was also time for an oil change. Dropped it off at 8am, they called a few hours later to give an update on what they found thus far and was done a few hours later. My car runs much better and the price for an oil change is extremely reasonable compared to others around town that try and up sell you on everything. Great people. I've been going here for many years. These folks are great. Even though they are very busy, they always give helpful advice and give accurate information as to when they can get to my car, which is very useful in planning. I've taken many old Mercedes, Honda Accord, Nissan Murano, Toyota pickup, along with other family cars. I've always been happy with their work.

Great work.They did an amazing job on my car. They were hands down some of the most hospitable and gracious guys I have met in a while. My phone died while there and the call was extremely important. They gave me a place to put my phone and use it in a place to plug in my charger how many mechanics places do you know that will do that. I recommend in port authority to anyone.
