I could NOT have asked for better hands to be in. When my car was stolen & found wrecked, UC went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back on the road. The staff was so patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date during the whole process, and even received my vehicle back a week early! I had a wonderful experience with Universal Collision (Apalachee Parkway location) from the beginning to the end. Casey was very nice and made everything really easy. She walked me through the whole process, helped with my rental car and provided multiple updates while my van was being repaired. They even finished early! AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. We had our vehicle towed in and everything went smooth in the beginning. After waiting patiently for a month, we arrived on our scheduled pick up date to be told it would be another week before the work was complete. No one reached out to us before hand, they had no regard for our time and showed no remorse. The following week we called the day before (with no update from the shop) and were told again that it was delayed for another week. They said they damaged some wiring and needed another week to repair it. When the shop eventually called and said it was ready to be picked up, they hadn’t replaced parts that the insurance company had paid them to replace. Clearly cutting corners wherever they could. When my wife asked about them, multiple employees began to question the accident and disrespect her, coming up with excuse after excuse as to why the vehicle was not repaired properly. This shop and their staff have no respect for you, your time, or your bus
