While passing through Tallahassee on a road trip, I had a caliper seize up on my car in the late afternoon. I called Fountain's Auto and after explaining the situation, they ordered the appropriate parts and said to bring it in as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours, I was back on the road at a much lower repair price than I was expecting. This is a knowledgeable and honest shop and highly recommend the folks here.
I have spent a lot of money here trying to get Big Bertha running smoothly, in all honestly, the customer service has been on point. Fountain has been attentive to the fact that I have one vehicle and I have been worked in their busy schedule to take care of my needs. Truly appreciate the services, but not the money spent on Big Bertha.
Excellent service with fair and affordable prices. They were very helpful and I am happy to have found a reliable place to take my car in Tallahassee.
