My car's check engine came on and I panicked. I am a single mom and do lots of driving. I took my car to Fleet Tech and they repaired my car and had my car back to me within 24 hours. Their costumer service was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. They are honest and reliable. Being without a car is stressful and not knowing what it will cost to have it repaired adds additional stress and anxiety. Tim and his team are the best!! The engine in my son's car blew up. I debated getting another used car but turned my trust to Fleet Tech. They found a great low mileage engine for his car quickly and painlessly. Tim went from top to bottom to ensure everything last thing was working and perfect. I live 3 hours away and Tim kept me posted almost daily. This car will never be touched by anybody but Tim and his crew. Outstanding service and dedication. Fleet tech proved to me that there are still mechanics with honesty is the best policy work ethics . It was a phenomenal experience working with Tim and his crew ! Tim communicated and kept us in the loop. If anyone reading this is hesitating to go to auto mechanics , don't hesitate to go to Fleet tech!! Lived here 40+ years and this was my 1st time at fleet tech , they installed a water pump on my 2012 Terrain , and even educated me by showing the old pump and what went wrong with it.
